Courses Prices & Payments

Course bookings shall be based on Dark Matter Composites Ltd standard Course Enrolment Conditions.
The prices stated for our courses are per delegate per course.
The course prices stated are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate (20%).
Where Euro or US Dollar prices are selected, the exchange rate on the day is applied to the order and includes UK VAT at the current rate (20%).
EU companies with a valid EU VAT number may be able to reclaim the VAT through their local VAT system.
Non EU delegates cannot reclaim the VAT as the course is a service provided in the UK and not an exported product.
All fees stated include: provision of all materials, tools, equipment and protective clothing during the course; lunch, tea & coffee for each day of the course; and course handouts.
Course enrolments are taken on a first come, first served basis are only provisional until payment has been received.
Course places are only allocated and confirmed once payment has been received.
The fees stated are valid until 31st December 2024.

Orders for goods shall be based on Dark Matter Composites Ltd standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The prices stated for goods are per item/kit, ex-works and unpacked .
Prices stated for goods are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate (20%).
Where Euro or US Dollar prices are selected, the exchange rate on the day is applied to the order and includes UK VAT at the current rate (20%).
Goods supplied to the UK shall be subject to UK VAT at the current rate.
Goods exported outside the UK shall be exempt from UK VAT (removed at the checkout prior to payment) but may be subject to local import taxes/duties which shall be borne by the Customer.
The prices stated are valid until 31st December 2024.
Packing and delivery prices are weight based and calculated at the checkout prior to payment.

Packing and delivery prices for goods are weight based and calculated at the checkout prior to payment.
Our nominated courier & freight forwarder is DHL.
Standard packaging includes double walled cardboard cartons suited to the weight of the goods.
Shipments may be delivered in several cartons depending upon the packed size of the goods.
Large shipments may be delivered by pallet.
UK and EU deliveries are by road service which takes between 2 to 5 days.
Deliveries outside the EU are by road & air freight which takes 3 to 10 days, depending upon final destination.
Goods exported outside the EU may be subject to local import duties which shall be charged by our freight forwarder DHL and borne by the Customer. Failure to pay import duties shall result in the goods being retained by the local Customs body.
